Error al iniciar Apache

Hola amig@s hoy les traigo la solución a los problemas de apache al quererlo iniciar, después de dar mil vueltas encontré como hacerlo:

Entonces si usted tiene estos errores:

Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies, 
improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
If you need more help, copy and post this
entire log window on the forums
Problem detected!
Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

1- Ir a panel de control
2- Administración de Equipos

3- Buscar en Servicios: Servicio de publicación World Wide Web o world wide web publishing service

4- Click derecho Propiedades

5- Procedemos a Detener el servicio, ustedes verán este botón habilitado y click en DETENER.

6- Iniciar apache nuevamente.

Y listo con este será sificiente. Cualquier duda de programacion o comentario no duden en escribir.
